OPEN RECORDS POLICY OF WAYNESBURG BOROUGH
AVAILABILITY & ACCESS
All public records of Waynesburg Borough shall be available for inspection and copying at the Waynesburg Borough office during normal business hours, Monday through Friday 8:00a.m. to 4:00p.m.
Request for public records of Waynesburg Borough shall be in writing and directed to the Open Records Officer. A clear and detailed description of the records to be reviewed or duplicated shall be provided. The Borough has five business days to respond to the request.

FEES
Fees for duplication of public records shall be established by the State of Pennsylvania’s Office of Open Records. The Borough may at its discretion waive fees. Click here for more information.
